Responsible for follow up and collect premium form direct corporate account, corporate customer Motor and Sub- contractor

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

  • Control Aging Head Office, Coordinate with Head Office
  • Reconcile Document payment and Mark off Debtor in Opus System and apply batch settlement for: premium of Head Office
  • Provide reason of Outstanding AR of Head Office
  • Prepare & send statement to Agent & Broker of Head Office
  • Clear documents relate with batch settlement of Head Office
  • Consolidate PRQ payment send for Sign approval
  • Coordinate with Broker for Issued debit notes of service fee of Head Office
  • Coordinate with MKT & Other
  • Create cashier batch for Head Office (Pay-in and Credit card)
  • Follow up & match WHT 1% of premium
  • Follow up and consolidate T/I commission and service fee send to AC
  • Issued WHT 3% Commission of Head Office
  • Other (clear AR & Clear Advance Received)
  • Prepare PRQ Payment refund premium , over payment , service fee
  • Provide feedback Mail claim unpaid premium on Lotus Note
  • Send Notice to customer or intermediary, Guarantor
  • Key in sun system for adjust transaction
  • Prepare document for legal action with intermediaries who do not settle premium

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree of account or finance
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in credit control and account receivable in insurance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
  • Experience working with SAP/Oracle financial applications

Nice to Have

  • Good command in English
  • Experience working with big data sets
  • Experience with different types of transactions (e.g. purchase, IPO, debt placements etc.
  • Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
