Job description:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends in automotive lending.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing products.
Develop a comprehensive product strategy & roadmap and define product features, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans based on market insights and customer feedback for automotive lending products.
Ensure alignment of product development efforts with business goals and regulatory requirements, credit risk, and internal policies.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
Monitor product performance post-launch and implement strategies to optimize product adoption, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Partner with marketing and customer support teams to develop effective communication strategies and customer support programs.
Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products and services.
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or automotive lending.
Skills:

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products.
+ Understanding of automotive lending practices, credit risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
