Job Summary:
Play a key role in shaping high‑performance teams by designing KPI/OKR frameworks, operating models, and incentive programs that drive both growth and efficiency. Partner closely with leaders to translate business goals into measurable performance, insightful dashboards, and clear development roadmaps—empowering people to perform, grow, and succeed.
Job Description:
- To ensure alignment of individual KPI / OKR.
- To design target operating model (including customer per staff ratio, frequency and time spend of each activity), enabling the team to achieve business objective including top line objective and efficiency objective.
- To design incentive, reward & recognition programme to encourage desired behaviour, enabling the team to achieve financial aspiration.
- To prepare performance dashboard, allowing management to oversee individual performance and team performance.
- To design target skill and competency of each position and develop individual training roadmap based on gap of each individual staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics and related fields.
- Have experience working in performance management role (i.e., driving performance with incentive and reward programs)
- Have data analysis and excel skills
- Have good communication skills (i.e., listening, speaking, presenting to working teams and management)
- Have sound analytical skill, e.g., in seeing performance gaps/ misalignments between teams.
- Previous banking and lending product background is a must.
