Generate meaningful report, chart, dashboards, measurement and performance of debt collections for secured and unsecured loan products (housing, credit card, personal loans).
Formulate strategies and analyze data to improve collections strategy and develop measurement results in line with the goals of the department.
Assist in data preparation using program like SAS and SQL and Power BI and utilize data analytics tools to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
Collect and compile data from various sources, including databases, keep records of data transformations, cleaning, and analysis procedures.
Knowledge of debt classification and ECL, understanding debt collection behavior and end to end process.
Knowing the standard of collections reports such as net flow rate, was is report and phone collector or outsource performance report.
Prepare a presentation to present to the executives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, IT, Computer science, Statistics, or another related field.
More than 5 years of experience in Query Data, preparing data to support the use of MIS Report & Dashboard.
Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint as well.
Able to design and develop databases using SAS, SQL, Phython, Microsoft Access programs.
