Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate meaningful report, chart, dashboards, measurement and performance of debt collections for secured and unsecured loan products (housing, credit card, personal loans).
- Formulate strategies and analyze data to improve collections strategy and develop measurement results in line with the goals of the department.
- Assist in data preparation using program like SAS and SQL and Power BI and utilize data analytics tools to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
- Collect and compile data from various sources, including databases, keep records of data transformations, cleaning, and analysis procedures.
- Knowledge of debt classification and ECL, understanding debt collection behavior and end to end process.
- Knowing the standard of collections reports such as net flow rate, was is report and phone collector or outsource performance report.
- Prepare a presentation to present to the executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, IT, Computer science, Statistics, or another related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in Query Data, preparing data to support the use of MIS Report & Dashboard.
- Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint as well.
- Able to design and develop databases using SAS, SQL, Phython, Microsoft Access programs.
