Proactively monitor portfolio performance, e.g., change in portfolio's outstanding balance, account/ staff, incentive/ staff, etc.
Provide regular dashboard to drive performance improvements and identify business opportunities, e.g., for collectors to improve both individual and team performance, for legal activities to accelerate execution gaps, etc.
Follow through identified improvements/ business opportunities to consistently enhance execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience preferably in Data Analytics, or Data Execution.
Basic analytical skill, yet with strong skill in data handling.
