Job Description

Key objectives:

Support continuous improvement of innovation processes through analytics, mapping, and workflow enhancement.
Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities in end-to-end innovation operations.
Facilitate the standardization and simplification of key innovation workflows.

Key duties:

Process Mapping & Optimization
Conduct deep-dive Value stream mapping of innovation activities and link multiple VSM from Exploration to Implementation (NPD).
Identify pain-point, anaylse root causes (eg., delays, rework, or misalignment) and.
Develop optimization roadmap by using Lean, Six sigma methodologies
Performance Mornitoring
Design process health metrics (e.g., cycle time, process efficiency ratio, bottlenecks).
Monitor and report performance trends to support innovation strategy and decision-making.
Workflow Standardization
Create Workflow guides and maintain SOPs for Cross-functional team (Across PANDORA, Global and C&S) .
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process changes are adopted and sustained.
Collaboration & Training
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to validate and redesign workflows.
Support training materials and onboarding sessions related to innovation processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, (Industrial engineer preferred) Innovation Management (Is a plus), or related field
5+ years of direct experience in process Improvement, Continuous improvement, or Business analysis roles
Strong understanding of Lean, Six sigma
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
