Job Description

  • Accountabilities
    • Support the Project Execution with manager.
    • Initiate / scouting the idea on Innovation and New Product Development
    • Brief the new design concept, guideline, estimate the product spec to team (New concept, CAD team).
    • Managing, monitoring and follow up on each project to achieve the plan.
    • Facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
    • Update and report the project progress direct to manager
    • Package handover the project to NPD or relevant team.
  • Educational background
    • Bachelor's degree or Master degree
  • Pivotal and Professional
    • product development experience
    • Knowledge adn experience with components, metals and other materials
    • Experience with alternative manufacturing methods
    • Experience in manufacturing environment (jewelry experience is preferred)
    • Experience in project management
  • Personal Competencies
    • Jewelry Oriented to drive L&F
    • Understand Jewelry Manafuctuing Process
    • Problem Soving and Systematic thinking
    • Leadship competency
