Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, product management, and go-to-market (GTM) execution for B2C cybersecurity services within the telecom business. Drive product growth, customer acquisition, monetization, and customer value proposition development by bridging cybersecurity expertise with commercial and digital business objectives.
· Commercially driven product leader with strong cybersecurity domain expertise
· Able to translate complex cybersecurity solutions into simple consumer value propositions
· Strong balance of business, technology, and customer experience perspectives
· Experienced in driving growth, monetization, and large-scale GTM execution in a telecom or digital services environment
Key Responsibilities:
(This role is benchmarked as Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President level.)
Product Strategy & Ownership
• Own the product roadmap, lifecycle management, and business performance of B2C cybersecurity products and services
• Define product vision, value proposition, customer segmentation, and growth strategy
• Identify market opportunities, emerging cyber threats, and customer needs to develop innovative consumer cybersecurity solutions
• Manage product P&L, revenue growth, adoption, and profitability targets
Commercial & Go-to-Market (GTM)
• Develop and execute GTM strategies across acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives
• Design product packaging, pricing, promotions, and bundling strategies with telecom products and digital services
• Drive commercialization plans across digital channels, retail, telesales, and partner ecosystems
• Define business cases, revenue forecasts, and investment requirements for new initiatives
• Monitor product KPIs and optimize performance through data-driven insights
Customer Experience & Growth
• Lead customer journey design from awareness to onboarding, activation, and retention
• Work closely with UX, digital, and analytics teams to improve conversion and customer engagement
• Translate cybersecurity capabilities into simple, customer-friendly propositions and communications
· Conduct market research, customer insights analysis, and competitive benchmarking
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Act as the commercial lead between cybersecurity vendors, internal business units, and technical teams
• Manage strategic relationships with cybersecurity solution providers and partners
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful product launch and operation
• Present product strategy, performance updates, and business recommendations to senior management
Product Delivery & Operations
• Collaborate with technology and engineering teams to prioritize product requirements and releases
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements
• Support operational readiness, training, and channel enablement activities
