Job Description
- Develop and execute product strategies for Secured Loan products - Home Loan, Home Refinance, Home Equity Loan products.
- Identify new growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, competitive benchmarking, and industry trends.
- Design and enhance customer value propositions, product features, and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Explore innovative solutions, ecosystem opportunities, and digital capabilities to enhance customer experience and business performance.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of strategic projects and product launches.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives and product enhancements.
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall business outcomes.
- Prepare strategic presentations, performance reviews and business recommendations for senior management and relevant committees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economic, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Development, Management Consulting, Banking, Financial Services, or related fields.
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Exposure to senior management responsibilities, such as presenting insights and driving strategic decisions.
- Experience in retail lending, secured lending products, consumer lending, or financial services is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
