Product Expertise:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive lending products, including loans, leases, and financing options.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM & Partnerships.

Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate financing solutions.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector.

Presentation:

Present financing solutions to clients, clearly explaining the benefits and features of each product.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, underwriting, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotions.

Collaborate with finance and sales teams to optimize customer experiences.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Stay informed about changes in lending regulations and practices.

Qualification:

Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Business, or related field

Proven sales experience in the automotive or financial services industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of credit and lending processes.

Skills:

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
