Job Description

Job Purpose

Safety Culture & Governance leads the advancement of enterprise‑level safety culture, governance, and emergency preparedness. The role acts as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, providing data‑driven insights, executive‑level reporting, and technical leadership to strengthen risk management, regulatory compliance, and organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Culture & Leadership

  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous evolution of enterprise level safety culture strategy, aligned with corporate objectives and risk profile of each BU
  • Translate safety vision and strategy into measurable initiatives, roadmaps, and milestones across business units and present in BU Townhall, senior leadership workshop, steering committees, and management reviews

Emergency Preparedness & Strategy

  • Lead planning and execution of enterprise emergency response drills & ad-hoc incident
  • Review and enhance Emergency Response Plans and crisis readiness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, parent company, and local authorities.
  • Data Analytics & Insight Generation
  • Develop high impact executive dashboards and presentations for EXCOM, CEO, and Board level reporting.
  • Convert complex safety and cultural data into clear, decision focused insights and recommendations.
  • Drive data based prioritization of safety initiatives and resource allocation

Safety Capability Building & Engagement

  • Govern the end to end safety training framework, including new joiner induction, refresher, and risk based programs, by developing and maintaining the company safety training matrix and monitoring training effectiveness through data
  • Guide and mentor teams or champions involved in safety programs, acting as a center of excellence resource.
  • Lead enterprise wide safety events and campaigns (e.g. World Safety Day), ensuring alignment with company safety strategy and culture objectives.

Safety Management & Risk Governance

  • Lead and coordinate ISO 45001 governance, including management reviews, internal audit programs, certification readiness, and executive reporting.
  • Support compliance with Thai safety laws across all sites

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in safety culture enhancement, emergency response & internal communications, Data analytic
  • Familiarity with Safety culture, crisis & emergency response planning in telecom operations, ISO 45001, POWER BI is a plus.
  • Passion for promoting safety and influencing positive behavior.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint design, data analysis (Excel, Power BI), and visual storytelling.
