Job Description

What You´ll Do

  • Supports the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Provides relevant sales and product information to Key Account Management/Sales, produces reports, prepares summarized master data sheets
  • Prepares / supports preparation of technical / commercial offers Supports with the existing sales tools, follows up with sales team to ensure their accuracy and data quality
  • Tests usability and UI design of sales IT-tools Trains sales organization and facilitates use of sales IT-tools in daily business
  • Supports with implementation of new sales IT-tools Supports the review of geographical sales area structure
  • Supports with all relevant field force budget lines & documents sales processes and train teams to boost efficiency
  • Completes financial duties in regard to customer POS analysis, inventory management
  • Supports sales on the contract management, system management & updates CRM and sales tools to ensure accurate data and system usability
  • Bridge as sales to various department, channel or customers to coordinate daily operation topic
  • Track customer satisfaction and resolve issues after deals close & analyzes sales data to improve strategies and forecast targets

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and enablement strategies.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Coordination, or Internal Sales Support roles.
  • Experience in training, reporting, and administrative support for sales teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and KPIs.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training materials and manage documentation.
