Role & Responsibilities :
Sales Planning and Program Management :
- Manage sales plan and program rollout management and also implementation for unsecured lending product in order to create sales motivation and competition for target revenue achievement with efficient budget management.
- Forecast sales and budget, timeline, estimated demand and impact of change occurring.
Pipeline Management & Analytics :
- Provide meaningful analysis of Referral from both Cross Channel and Cross Segment.
- Provide customized reports and recommendation in support of ongoing business decision and initiative.
Sales Partnership:
- Partnership with Sales Head to provide strategic direction and support in all perspectives to ensure hassle-free of Head of Sales and enable Head of Sales to deliver ttb consumer Target.
Performance Management :
- Monitoring and reporting approaches to ttb consumer touchpoints.
Operational Efficiency:
- Participate in Resource Planning of ttb consumer to ensure efficiency of budget allocation and spending.
- Work with Finance to provide suggestion and validation of ttb consumer Cost Allocation Model.
Incentive Calculation and Payment (Compensation Variable Pay):
- Ensure governance and correctness of Incentive Scheme in place for ttb consumer (Telemarketing and Independent Sales).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Management, Project Management or a similar relevant role.
- Demonstrates outstanding expertise in sales performance management report & analysis.
- Direct experience in banking / finance industry or in management consulting, preferable with 2-3 years of experience in banking sales and marketing, business consulting.
- Strong analytical skills, preferably with consultancy or strategy background.
