- Product Development: Design and structure trade finance and supply chain products with clear value propositions.
- Market & Customer Insights: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Risk & Compliance: Understand credit fundamentals, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Perform product profitability analysis, pricing strategies, and cost-benefit evaluations.
- Technology & Innovation:
- Leverage AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with tech teams to integrate digital tools into product workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Risk, and IT teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product usage, profitability, and customer satisfaction; implement improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience:
- 310 years in product management or Relationship Manager roles within banking or financial services.
- New graduates with strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Skills:
