St. Andrews S107 is situated on a large, green campus located next to Bearing BTS station in Bangkok. The school caters for the Nursery to Year 13 age range and has approximately 600 students for over 40 different nationalities. We are part of the St. Andrews group in Thailand and part of Cognita globally.

St. Andrews S107's curriculum is based on the best of the English National Curriculum with context relevant international programmes and approaches. In Primary, our curriculum is based on the English National Curriculum, and embraces the learner-centred and enquiry-based principles of the IB Primary Years Programme.
In Secondary, St. Andrews S107 uses the English National Curriculum, leading to IGCSEs and the IB Diploma Programme. We also offer pathways such as BTECs and the IBCP for those who would benefit.

About The Role
We are looking for a team member who has an ability to do the following;
- Deliver high-quality Speech and Language Therapy services at St. Andrews S107 International School, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention.
- Working across the whole school in Early year, Primary and Secondary. (2-18 years)
- Work closely with the Inclusion Team (Head of Inclusion, Primary and Secondary SENCo) to agree upon and implement appropriate strategies and support for students.
- Assessment and Intervention
- Conduct in-depth observations of students during learning and social interactions as part of the assessment process.
- Monitor and review students speech, language, and communication needs on an ongoing basis.
- Use standardised assessments and other diagnostic tools, combined with clinical judgement, to establish baseline measures and/or differential diagnoses.
- Manage a caseload of students with speech, language, interaction, and communication difficulties.
- Develop and implement individual and group therapy programmes, using clinical knowledge and creativity to maximise each student's potential.
- Apply evidence-based practice and outcome measures while adapting intervention strategies to meet individual student profiles.
- Provide therapy using a range of delivery models, including individual, joint, multidisciplinary, group, and whole-class sessions.
- Set speech and language targets for integration into the educational curriculum in collaboration with parents, teachers, and school staff.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate joint sessions with staff, embedding speech and language targets within the classroom environment and wider school routines
- Support staff by engaging in joint problem-solving, modelling strategies, and providing guidance on meeting students communication needs.
- Liaise effectively with all staff to ensure consistent implementation of appropriate speech, language, and communication strategies across the school
