Work with Business Development Manager to develop strategic callouts and manage over-execution to ensure delivery of customer objectives, brand strategy and channel strategy, and forecast country sales budget.
Drive the annual growth of sales revenue and profitability of these accounts; ensure healthy retail P&L per account.
Applies seasonal campaigns to stores and new product launches.
Review Category growth projection, key initiatives by sell-thru. Provide an update of the happenings in the marketplace by category include any market transformation/ elevation projects-update the traffic tracker based on the hits/misses for each category to region.
Lead and manage the execution of key account annual plan in key aspects: Category directed assortment by country, silo positioning by season, customer profitability and in-store communication.
Closely working with landlords to develop market mapping, define new location opportunities, and analyze category selection proposals.
As a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure that the work is completed efficiently.
Coordinate with internal departments to improve services and meet customer requirements.
Other tasks under assignment of BDM.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
Experience related to Wholesale/ Retail in the field of Fashion/ Sport/ Golf/ Ecommerce.
Strong at brand management, consumer understanding, and creative & strategic knowledge.
The ability to work independently, be dynamic, love the start-up environment is an advantage.
Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good communication skills both written and oral in English, presentation, analytical, time management and negotiation skills
