Sports Media Project Manager (AI Production Initiative)
About the Role
We are seeking a Sports Media Project Manager to lead the rollout of AI-powered sports production technology for TVS Now. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, not an IT position. You will oversee project planning, partner engagement, and content integration to deliver live and on-demand sports experiences on our OTT platform. Ideal for someone passionate about sports and experienced in managing large-scale media projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Develop and execute project plans for AI sports production rollout (Pixellot initiative).
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate installation and integration of AI camera systems with internal teams and external vendors.
- Content Management: Ensure smooth delivery of AI-produced content to OTT platforms, maintaining quality and scalability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with sports leagues, schools, universities, and club partners.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Revenue Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to implement monetization models (subscription, sponsorship, advertising).
- Reporting & Risk Management: Monitor KPIs, prepare executive updates, and mitigate project risks proactively.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management (media, OTT, or sports production preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for sports and digital media.
- Excellent communication in Thai & English.
- Familiarity with AI-based production systems (Pixellot or similar) is a plus.
