We are seeking an experienced SQL Server DBA to manage and support enterprise SQL Server environments across on-premises and Azure cloud platforms.

Shift : 3 PM - 12 AM
Key Responsibilities.
- Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain SQL Server (2012+) environments.
- Manage Azure SQL databases, migrations, deployments, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance, availability, and capacity.
- Administer AlwaysOn, Failover Clustering, Replication, TDE, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
- Automate routine DBA tasks using PowerShell and support change management processes.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and database deployments through ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to ensure high availability and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of SQL Server DBA experience.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, Performance Tuning, Backup & Recovery, HA/DR.
- Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, AlwaysOn Availability Groups, Failover Clustering, and Replication.
- Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (SOX, PCI, PII).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB/NoSQL.
- Foglight administration and monitoring.
- Ansible, Puppet, Kubernetes, and ITIL exposure.
