Role
You'll conduct social compliance assessments and help clients improve working conditions across their operations and supply chains.
What You'll Do
- Conduct social compliance assessments in line with LRQA procedures and client Field Instructions (FI)
- Deliver high-quality, timely reports that meet LRQA and client protocols
- Stay current on LRQA methodologies and local labour laws
- Collaborate with co-assessors and internal teams (training, coordination, admin) to ensure smooth audits and reporting
- Uphold integrity and confidentiality at all times—no schedule leakage, no on-site consulting, zero tolerance for bribery attempts
- Support additional assignments as needed
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environment (advanced degree preferred)
- Strong customer service mindset, results orientation, and business acumen
- Effective problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- English proficiency (verbal & written); Chinese is an advantage
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet research/reporting/analysis tools
- Culturally aware, with a global perspective and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Highest standards of personal and professional ethics
- Comfortable with constructive confrontation; diplomatic and composed
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
Nice-to-Have (Plus Points)
- APSCA CSCA credential
- Auditor certifications such as SMETA, SLCP, BSCI, RBA, WRAP, Higg (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of international and local labour standards and human rights issues
