Sr.Backend Developer (Golang)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Golang, adhering to high standards of performance and reliability.
• Work with Tech Leads and Architects to ensure solutions align with overall system architecture and business goals.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications and deliver clean, well-documented code.
• Integrate with internal and external systems (e.g., identity verification, scoring services).
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and performance tuning.
• Support testing and deployment processes and troubleshoot production issues when necessary.
• Contribute to system improvements, including refactoring, optimization, and automation

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with 2+ years working with Golang in production environments.
• Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful API design, and backend infrastructure.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL alternatives), caching systems (e.g., Redis), and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiar with containerization (Docker), CI/CD tools, and basic cloud deployment principles (e.g., AWS or GCP).
• Knowledge of performance tuning, security practices, and code quality techniques.
• Independent and responsible: capable of taking ownership of features from concept to deployment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working in structured teams with clear delivery goals.
