Responsibilities:
Manage a team, driving a long-term Hard Skill development plan to ensure year-on-year growth in implementation and support expertise.
Lead the implementation and resolution of complex technical issues across PAM, Endpoint Security, and EDR/XDR solutions to ensure performance and robust security posture.
Utilize task-tracking tools to assign work, monitor progress closely, and ensure all customer deliverables are met on schedule.
Act as a senior technical mentor to resolve complex issues during implementation and professionally manage customer crises or escalations.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements that enhance customers security posture.
Conduct assessments to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
Proficiently engage with diverse stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration both within and outside the organization.
Require Skill Set:
At least 4 years of experience in enterprise IT Cyber Security, network technical support, and technical implementation.
Deep understanding of network protocols, firewalls, architecture (TCP/IP, VLANs), PAM, EDR, XDR systems and other network/ security technologies.
Proven skill in deploying and integrating PAM, EDR, and XDR solutions (e.g., BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Palo Alto Cortex, CrowdStrike) into complex IT environments.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve network and security-related issues.
Excellent command of Thai and English (both written and spoken).
Mature personality, excellent service attitude and the ability to lead a team under pressure.
Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands of the customers.
Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, PAM, EDR/ XDR, or vendor-specific certifications, can be advantageous.
Experience in BeyondTrust, CyberArk, PaloAlto firewall/ Cortex, CrowdStrike, or Similar solutions is advantageous.
