Sr Delivery Consultant - AI Workforce

As a Sr Delivery Consultant – AI Workforce, you will help enterprise customers adopt and maximize the value of AI-powered workplace technologies. Working closely with customers, Microsoft, Solution Architects, Sales teams, and Customer Success Managers, you'll design and deliver secure AI solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, governance, and business performance. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Lead AI readiness assessments, envisioning workshops, and adoption roadmaps for enterprise customers. 
• Design and implement Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 workplace solutions that drive business value. 
• Develop AI governance, security, compliance, and information protection frameworks. 
• Identify business use cases and enable productivity improvements through AI and automation. 
• Contribute to the development of AI managed services, methodologies, and reusable delivery assets. 
• Support customer engagements by providing technical expertise during solution discussions and proposals. 

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot technologies. 
• Experience with Microsoft security, compliance, and governance solutions, including Purview, Defender, and Entra ID. 
• Understanding of digital workplace transformation and AI adoption strategies. 
• Ability to engage stakeholders and guide organizational change and user adoption initiatives. 
• Consulting mindset with strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. 
• Familiarity with Power Platform and Copilot Studio is highly desirable.
