WORK SCOPE: The Sr Director Program Management is responsible for leading and managing business units (BU) to achieve strategic objectives, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer relationships. This role involves developing business strategies, executing annual operating plans, and ensuring customer operational excellence while fostering a high-performance team culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the business units to achieve company goals, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a business strategy and annual operating plan to drive revenue and profit margins.
- Analyses market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance business performance.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, finance, and operations to align strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and customer profiles for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team to achieve KPIs and drive category performance.
- Foster a strong team culture and uphold the company's core values.
- Provide guidance and succession planning to build a high-performing team.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the BU.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows and adopting best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in the EMS industry, with at least 15 years in a senior management role.
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, and business development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and strong presentation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Must be fluent in at least one of the following languages: Danish, German, Finnish, or Swedish.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and drive continuous improvement.
