Responsibility:
- Visit designated customer regularly to develop and maintain a relationship and communication including review quality issues with designated customer as needed.
- If defect products were returned from designated customer, preliminary check of failure and product history then forward the information and defective products to Manufacturing Engineering, follow up the issue until closer.
- Coordinate Quality Analysis was requested by designated customer for investigation and identification of root causes.
- Review and submit initial response to the customer.
- Review warranty claim information and corporate with cross functional team in problem solving with 8D tool / VPRS until closer.
- Provide customer and related plant activities with timely updates in writing on current status and action plans.
- Facilitate presentation / meeting with internal team / external on Quality of supplied parts issue (if need).
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Mechanic or related fields
- At least 5 year experiences in Customer Quality and Services of automotive products
- Knowledge in IATF16949 and core tool
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Having experience with Ford is a plus
