About our group:

Seagate's Operations Quality & Analytics organization helps to protect and improve Seagate's Total Customer Experience. Develop, deploy, and sustain End-To-End Quality Analytics and Processes to provide trusted, actionable information enabling earlier detection and prevention of HDD issues. Reliability is a subgroup of OQ&A to protect HDD quality & reliability through 1). Comprehensive and effective test system within Reliability Lab, 2). Utilize predictive data analysis approach, 3). Perform accurate field prediction via reliability model.

About the role - you will:

. Effectively manage multiple Products family reliability testing
. Coordinate with the team to ensure the Reliability test plan meets the requirements and expectations.
. Regular reliability test execution and disposition
. Test result monitoring and summary: Apply end-to-end data analytics for root cause finding and validation
. Working on Day-to-Day issues and Excursion support
. Working with FA for root cause understanding and failures following up
. Collaborate with global partner and test lab experts to enable effective reliability strategy implementation
. Manage Reliability lab budgets and test equipment infrastructure/maintenance

About you:

. Bachelor or higher degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and/or relevant engineering discipline
. Technical, creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
. Strong communication among multiple nations and cross-functions, project management, and good presentation skills
. Good command of English and Thai

Your experience includes:

. Experience in the HDD industry and/ or Quality and Reliability engineering will be an advantage
. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
. Quality and Reliability statistical Knowledge

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees.
