In this strategic role, you will architect and scale a modern, account-centric demand engine designed to enhance predictable enterprise pipeline and revenue. By focusing on data enrichment and signal-driven strategies, you'll dictate how demand generation operates as a product, driving measurable results through precise targeting and multi-channel engagement. Accountabilities

  • Build and scale an account-based demand engine.
  • Create predictable, high-quality pipeline for enterprise accounts.
  • Operationalize data-enriched, signal-driven demand generation.
  • Transform demand generation into a repeatable capability.
  • Design and implement ABM programs across various channels.
  • Integrate multi-channel engagement at the account level.
  • Partner with Sales for seamless coordination on demand efforts.
  • Lead a high-performing demand generation team and foster a culture of experimentation.

Requirements

  • 712+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing and modern demand generation practices.
  • Experience with data enrichment tools like Clay.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline outcomes.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with diagnosing funnel performance.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools and analytics.
  • Execution-driven approach balancing speed and strategic thought.
  • Ability to partner with Sales in enterprise settings.
