Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade stakeholders, peers and management
Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills
