Job Responsibilities
- You will monitor and analyze key process parameters to reduce variability and maintain process control, collect and analyze data such as cycle time, downtime, scrap rate, and defect rate also lead Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, and waste elimination projects.
- You will promote a continuous improvement mindset across the organization, execute projects to reduce scraps, shorten cycle time, and increase output and analyze efficiency metric
- Create and manage a curriculum of blended learning initiatives to support all levels of employee: covering Lean Leadership development initiatives.
- Strategize and set goals as agreed with Lean Academy Transformation Program on L&D Plan.
- Assisting in the creation and delivery of analytics, trends, feedback, and other data related to Learning and Development for Jinpao to improve operational excellence, working closely with the Portfolio Managers, Department Head.
- Work with Partnership Jinpao Academy Committee and support with the annual plan of L&D priorities and facilitate its delivery.
- Develop technical training courses for all levels (beginner and intermediate T1&T2 Level)
- Coordinate Technical College - related Work Integrated Learning trainings, including curriculum presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education (Mechanical Engineering) / Industrial Education Engineering, Industrial, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in developing technical course content both for novices and experts with technology
- Experience in developing technical course content both for novices and experts with technology
- Strong skills in internship people management and development
