Job Description
- Support Operations Units with effective implementation of Operational Readiness activities (Requirements Review, User Acceptance Test, User Training, and Operating Procedures)
- Review and understand business and/ or operations requirements (BRD/ Change Request)
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on proposed solution
- Participate in Functional Specs (FS) review to ensure functional requirements meet business and/ or operations requirements
- Assess operational impact and ensure operations requirements are included in the FS
- Engage business and operations users to prepare UAT scenarios
- Define UAT plan, including objectives, scenarios, E2E scope, efforts, test scripts, entry and exit criteria
- Execute UAT scripts, raise defects in tracking system and follow-through on defect resolution
- Sign-off UAT when exit criteria are met, highlighting defects not fixed and manual workarounds
- Conduct training to impacted operations users
- Facilitate update of operating procedures and other documentation
- Provide post-implementation support to operations users
- Support parameter set up
Additional Requirements
English, Skills Required:
Operations experience is a must (Cash Management/ Trade Finance/ Loans operations)
Project management experience would be an added advantage
Strong analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Optional Skills
English Language - Writing and Reading, University-Bachelor
