Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Plan and manage the branch annual budget in alignment with the company's approved budget while ensuring effective cost control.
  2. Monitor and review branch operational processes to prevent fraud and non-compliance, and recommend improvements to strengthen internal control systems.
  3. Control and verify daily cash deposits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to the company's accounts.
  4. Manage branch manpower planning to align with workload and optimize workforce efficiency.
  5. Develop cashier operational standards and SOPs to ensure consistency with company policies and customer service standards.
  6. Analyze customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
  7. Represent the cashier operation team in strategic planning meetings, including promotional campaigns and payment system enhancements.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in finance, budgeting, or cashier operations, with supervisory experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of internal controls, cash management, and manpower planning.
  4. Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
  5. Good analytical, risk management, and strategic planning skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
