Job Description

Job Purpose:

To lead and execute office leasing strategies, manage client relationships, and support business development initiatives. This role requires a structured, proactive individual with a foundational understanding of office leasing, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with senior-level clients while contributing positively to team culture.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive office leasing strategies that align with business objectives. Identify market opportunities, set performance targets, and lead initiatives to grow the office leasing portfolio.
  • Work closely with senior executives, institutional landlords, and multinational tenants. Provide strategic counsel on occupancy planning, lease structuring, and portfolio optimization.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building. Represent the firm at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Lead complex lease negotiations from initial engagement to contract execution. Ensure commercial terms are competitive, risk-mitigated, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity. Deliver insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Act as a senior figure within the team sharing expertise, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and reports tailored to executive audiences. Ensure all client-facing materials reflect the firms professionalism and market expertise.
  • Collaborate with research, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing transactions and alignment with broader business goals.
  • Actively participate in professional networking events, industry forums, and client functions to build relationships, enhance market visibility, and stay informed on emerging trends. Represent the company with professionalism and confidence in both formal and informal business settings.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in office leasing, commercial real estate, or a related field, with a proven track record of closing deals and managing client portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives, landlords, and institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of Bangkok's office market, including leasing trends, tenant requirements, and landlord expectations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to develop and execute strategic leasing plans.
  • A mature, professional demeanor with a collaborative and approachable personality.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and proactive business development.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written) is essential.
