Job Description
We are looking for a QA Leader to oversee quality assurance activities for in-process and final products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards. The role involves leading QA operations, supporting quality improvements, supervising QA operators, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and control in-process and outgoing product quality ควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างกระบวนการผลิตและก่อนส่งมอบ
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reporting on materials, processes, and products ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และจัดทำรายงานด้านคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบ กระบวนการ และผลิตภัณฑ์
- Analyze quality data using basic statistical and quality tools วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านคุณภาพโดยใช้เครื่องมือทางสถิติพื้นฐาน
- Lead quality improvement activities related to materials, processes, and products ดำเนินการและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงคุณภาพ
- Supervise and support QA operators in daily operations ดูแลและควบคุมการทำงานของพนักงาน QA

Qualifications
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
- Diploma, High Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ การจัดการคุณภาพ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in QA/QC มีประสบการณ์ด้านหัวหน้างาน QA/QC อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- Knowledge of measurement tools such as CMM and visual inspection มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องมือวัด เช่น CMM และการตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้วยสายตา
- Basic English communication skills สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับพื้นฐาน
- Proficient in Microsoft Office สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้ดี
