Job Description
The current Senior Quality Engineering Supervisor will concentrate on daily TIM operations, managing quality leaders and inspectors to ensure in-process quality and prevent customer escapes.
This role will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Metrology (e.g., Gauge R&R), Process Engineering, Production (for corrective actions and NPR closure), and QMS (for audits). External engagement will be minimal and only as a backup.
Primarily Focus On Cross-functional Collaboration
- Internal: Work with Quality (inspection, metrology, QMS), R&D (to ensure smooth and timely NPI without issues), Process Engineering and Production (for process definition and change management), and Application Engineering for customer quality cases.
- External: Interface with customers on both formal and informal quality feedback, ensure timely closure of issues in line with customer requirements, and serve as the key contact for quality-related matters.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in Chemical, Materials, Polymer, Adhesive, Coating, or related industries.
- Experience working in multinational chemical companies or other leading chemical/material businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.
- Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Must Have Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001
- Strong understanding of IATF 16949
- Experience with VDA 6.3 audits and requirements
