- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers to ensure the delivery of highquality products and services
- Develop and implement quality standards, processes, and best practices to optimize quality assurance and control activities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality engineering processes
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex quality issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.
- Advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Advanced collaboration and teamwork skills, fostering a culture of quality and excellence across the organization.
- Proven expertise of statistical analysis tools and techniques to strengthen our data-driven quality initiatives.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), to effectively lead quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Additional certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
- Proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Proficiency in change management methodologies to effectively lead teams through quality transformation and process improvements.
