Job Summary
The Senior Specialist – SAP Functional (FICO) is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions to meet business requirements. The role will act as a key functional expert, working closely with business users, external vendors, and IT teams to ensure effective system operations, process improvements, and project delivery.
This position focuses on SAP functional support, business process optimization, change requests, and enhancement projects rather than full-scale SAP program leadership.
Key Responsibilitie
- sProvide functional support for SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Internal Orders
- .Investigate and resolve SAP-related issues in collaboration with technical teams and external vendors
- .Ensure system stability and business continuity for finance-related processes
- .Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders
- .Prepare functional specifications and solution recommendations
- .Perform system configuration and coordinate testing activities
- .Support SAP enhancement initiatives and improvement projects
- .Participate in SAP rollout, upgrade, and integration activities
- .Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors to ensure project deliverables meet business expectations
- .Conduct SIT and UAT activities
- .Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides
- .Support end-user training and knowledge transfer
- .Act as a liaison between Finance users, IT teams, and external SAP partners
- .Provide recommendations to improve business processes and system utilization

Qualificatio
- nsBachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- s.5–8 years of SAP Functional experience with strong focus on SAP FIC
- O.Experience supporting SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environment
- s.Experience in system enhancement, support, and implementation project
- s.Experience working with Finance and Accounting business function
- s.Experience in requirement gathering and functional specification developmen
- t.Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, or other SAP modules is preferre
- d.Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation project
- s.SAP certification is a plu
- s.Experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Enterprise environments is preferre
