About our group:

Drive Manufacturing delivers products to meet customer shipment commitments through drive assembly, testing, inventory control, and shipment operations. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations, we ensure product quality, operational excellence, and on-time delivery. Within Drive Manufacturing, the NPD team plays a critical role in supporting new product builds, qualification activities, and manufacturing readiness for successful product launches.

About the role - you will:

  • Lead and manage NPD build activities to support product qualification and manufacturing readiness.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful build execution and meet inventory target.
  • Monitor build progress, material readiness, WIP, and resource allocation.
  • Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation for NPD products.
  • Analyze build performance and provide status updates, recommendations, and reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.

About you:

  • Experience in NPD, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, or related functions.
  • Understanding of new product introduction and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of inventory, material planning, and supply chain concepts.
  • Fluent in English and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
