Summary:
We helporganizations protect their data and recover from cyberattacks. We are investing heavily in our digital experience and are hiring a Senior Web & SEO Project Manager to make company best in class. This is a senior individual contributor role, orchestrating a high-velocity web program across SEO, CRO, analytics, personalization, content, and YouTube.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate A/B testing and experimentation programs across company.
- Manage web analytics workstreams, including dashboards, reporting cadences, and insight reviews.
- Oversee personalization rollouts for target accounts and personas.
- Optimize landing pages for SEO, product marketing, content, and event campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional asset placement across the site.
- Collaborate on content ideation and organic content strategy with content and PMM teams.
- Work on product and solution keyword strategy with the SEO team.
- Lead YouTube optimization initiatives.
- Implement technical SEO health programs, including Core Web Vitals, indexation, schema, and crawl efficiency.
- Manage backlog in Jira, write clear dev tickets, QA implementation, and unblock cross-functional work.
- Run cross-functional pods that ship web programs from brief to launch.
- Translate business goals into prioritized, sequenced backlogs.
- Lead weekly stand-ups, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning for the web/SEO program.
Requirements:
- 6 years of project or program management experience, with significant experience in digital, web, or marketing programs.
- Experience orchestrating cross-functional programs for a B2B SaaS company. Cybersecurity or enterprise tech is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, web analytics, and personalization.
- Mastery of project management tools and techniques, including Jira, sprint planning, dependency mapping, risk management, RACI clarity, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to manage high ambiguity and translate fuzzy goals into actionable plans.
- Excellent written English and a documentation-first communication style.
- Experience working extended US overlap hours from India.
- Autonomy and high judgment, comfortable making decisions independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior PM experience with a US-based growth, web, or marketing team.
- Familiarity with the modern web marketing stack, such as Adobe, Search Console, Looker Studio, and A/B testing tools.
- Exposure to AEO, GEO, or LLM-driven discovery.
- Background in cybersecurity, data infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
