Your main role is to:
- Serve as the primary contact for SSC controlling activities for subsidiary companies with nonlocal finance personnel.
- Execute accounting transactions and operational finance activities for subsidiaries and associated companies managed by nonlocal finance teams.
- Perform monthly variance analysis for subsidiary and associated companies.
- Participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes for the assigned entities.
- Review financial statements during the closing process to ensure compliance with company policies and IFRS.
- Prepare quarterly CPA reporting packages for the audit review period for the designated subsidiary companies.
- Compile and provide supporting documentation for external auditors during quarterly and yearend audit periods.
- Maintain a comprehensive and uptodate understanding of IFRS and all relevant updates.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in English.
- Willing and able to travel internationally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or master's degree and/or CPA is a plus
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting field
- Demonstrates a positive, cando attitude and strong resilience.
- Possesses solid knowledge of IFRS and expertise in accounting transactions.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Able to travel internationally
