Stock & System Control Officer will assist Supervisor to supervise, help, and participate in controlling and monitoring the system/software used in Stock and Warehouse Management System.
He/she must understand logistics & supply chain operations procedures. Ensure necessary data are updated at all times. Train related staffs in inventory units to work with WMS and quality policies.
Maintain good working relationships with all departments and customer.
Requirements
Diploma or higher degree, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
Good knowledge of warehouse management processes and inventory control methods, with the ability to proficiently use WMS (Warehouse Management System) and office software.
Strong planning, organizing, and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively resolve various issues in warehouse operations and drive process improvement.
Strong team management skills and sense of responsibility, with a careful and detail-oriented working attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
Warehouse and logistics and Or Inventory experience is preferred.
