Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily job assigned by his/her superior
To carry out daily operative tasks according to the job assigned by superior and ensure it is in constant working order and up to standards and strictly follow the working procedure.
Complete tasks assigned by supervisor. Which must have performance that strictly meets the standards specified in the work procedures.

3. To ensure all data in stock management system are precisely and in conformity with exact requirement.
Ensure the accuracy of all data contained in the inventory management system to match the actual products.

4. Identifies the problem of internal procedures related to system and proposes the solution to get more effective and efficient procedure.
Identifies the problem of internal procedures related to the inventory management system to match the actual products. Including presenting solutions that will make the work process more efficient.

5. To ensure the adequate, accurate and reliable data from Warehouse Management System provide to stock activities concerned.
Able to prepare and provide information of the warehouse management system to those involved correctly and clearly.

6. To contribute to cost reduction by keeping stock in good conditions and reduces the probabilities of dead stock.
Reduces the cost of inventory management. By taking care of storing products in good condition and suitability Including finding ways to help reduce the problem of products being kept in the warehouse for too long.

7. To ensure that all return to warehouse, return to vender, stock adjustment and mark outs have been entered into the Warehouse Management System correctly and errors found are rectified by Stock & System Department.
Check the accuracy of entering data into the warehouse management system. Such as returning products to suppliers, adjusting stock, making markouts. And if there are any errors that occur from the above steps, the information can be checked back to see what the cause is.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Good Knowledge in personal computer and English proficiency.
• Knowledge Warehouse Management System.
