SSC Supervisor

Responsibilities

- Assist Operation Manager and Contract Manager in Contacting & responding the information to customer on an issue of operation / system / inventory.

-Handle operation reporting (KPI, Operation reports) and send to customer on regular basis.

-To ensure the daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed as committed.

-Supervise and training the staff to complete job on daily.

Requirements

-3 years in Customer Service, Warehouse Management / Logistics field.

-Excellent computer literate : Microsoft Office, communication via email, analysis with MS Excel.

-Good command of both spoken and written English.

-Service mind with good customer contact skills.
