Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Regional Marketing Manager in Thailand to lead our local marketing strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in the financial trading, fintech, or Web3.0 industry, and is capable of integrating digital marketing, social media, PR, sponsorships, and on-ground events to build a strong, trustworthy, and aspirational brand presence in the Region.

You will play a key role in driving brand growth, client acquisition, and engagement, while ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with global brand direction and regulatory standards.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy & Brand Growth
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the Thai market, aligned with regional objectives.
  • Identify key market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor movements within the financial, trading, and Web3 ecosystem.
  • Build strategic partnerships that enhance the company's visibility and brand equity in the local trading community.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and measurable outcomes.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Oversee all digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Line, Twitter/X, etc.) to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Localize global campaigns to fit Thai culture and trading behavior.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop visually compelling and performance-driven content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, adjusting strategies for continuous optimization.
  • Public Relations & Communications
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local media, journalists, KOLs, and industry influencers.
  • Plan and execute PR campaigns, press releases, and interviews to enhance corporate image and brand trust.
  • Position the company as a thought leader in finance, investment education, and digital asset innovation.
  • Events & Sponsorship Activation
  • Plan, organize, and execute offline events such as trading seminars, expos, conferences, and partner gatherings.
  • Identify relevant sponsorship opportunities (financial forums, tech conferences, fintech summits, sports events, etc.) and lead negotiation and activation.
  • Coordinate with the regional marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with sales, partnership, and education teams to ensure alignment on market strategies and client engagement plans.
  • Manage local marketing specialists, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality output.
  • Prepare monthly performance reviews and strategic recommendations for management.

Skills And Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in financial trading, fintech, or Web3.0-related industries.
  • Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, user acquisition funnels, and community marketing (especially for finance or crypto audiences).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with proven experience in campaign optimization.
  • Strong media relations and partnership negotiation capabilities.

Preferred Attributes

  • Previous experience in brokerage, fintech, or blockchain companies.
  • Strong grasp of Thailand's trading community and digital culture.
