  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced data science solutions, predictive/prescriptive models, agentic AI systems, and autonomous data workflows that generate measurable business value.
  • Provide technical leadership and collaborate with business and technology teams to accelerate the delivery of high-impact data science use cases and AI-driven innovations.
  • Support the execution of the entity's data science strategy by identifying, developing, and delivering high-value data science and AI use cases that drive business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Design / Develop / maintain predictive/prescriptive models, while defining and implementing comprehensive evaluation frameworks.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Design / Develop / maintain agentic AI systems and autonomous data workflows.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle.
  • Assesses, with the business, the expected qualification and assurance of the information in support of the use cases.
  • Collaborate with AXA GDAI, AXA Data Science Community, and cross-functional teams to implement innovative AI projects, share best practices, and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Typically requires 1-3 years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience.
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis, statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python programming languages commonly used in data science.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Knowledge of LangChain/LangGraph for building complex AI agents.
  • Ability to work with large datasets through the effective use of suitable tools for data processing tasks on cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively.
  • Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, service-minded, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and highly self-motivated
