Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Take lead Tester Equipment Engineer you will be responsible to setup& drive effective indicators such as OEE, UDT, MTBA, MTBF, FPY, PM Fulfillment, etc.
- Overall responsibility for New Test system & test hardware qualification, supporting product qualification & production readiness
- Drive preventive maintenance (PM) systematic & compliance to perform regular PM, troubleshooting and repair of equipment to ensure to ensure safety, high availability & reliability
- Analyze parts usage & life span to ensure optimum machine performance& drive cost effective PM program by managing OS and PM cost within budget
- Drive continuous improvement projects to contribute to the overall Segment performance in productivity (NLoP) and Quality (NLoZD).
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering of Electronic, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- Experience 0-5 year on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) in semiconductor sector
- Experienced on Teradyne J750, Advantest V93K tester platforms will beaded advantage
- Leadership skill to lead a team of Engineers & Technicians
- Good command of English both written, Speaking and Listening.
- Have basic knowledge of computer programming e.g. VBA Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWork.
- Good knowledge on SPC for process control and quality improvement
