Analyze yield data; collaborate with design/process/reliability/test; build dashboards & roadmap; support milestones; drive root-cause fixes.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Analyze yield data from wafer sort, final test, and reliability to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas
  • Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accurate, consistent analysis
  • Collaborate closely with design, process, reliability, and test teams to narrow down root causes
  • Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions for yield, stability, and quality issues
  • Develop and maintain a yield roadmap to prioritize and guide improvement initiatives
  • Create and update dashboards and reports to track yield performance and communicate insights
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions
  • Support product development milestone reviews with current yield status, risks, and actions

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical & Electronic Engineering; 3+ years relevant experience
  • Strong FEOL/BEOL process knowledge; able to correlate fab parametric tests with product yield
  • Expertise in semiconductor memory cell/array/periphery characterization and testing
  • Solid understanding of product test flows, burn-in processes, and ATE concepts
  • Proven ability to isolate yield detractors across design margins, fab excursions/variations, test margins/instabilities, and operational inefficiencies
  • Experience with automotive SoC microcontrollers and applications; consumer application background also considered
  • Proficient with industry-standard yield analysis tools (e.g., PDF Exensio, Silicon.Da)
  • Knowledge of machine learning/AI techniques for yield enhancement
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; effective cross-functional collaborator; independent, resourceful, and proactive
  • Proficient in Python and Tableau; strong command of English
