Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for product transfer qual phase and sustaining in ramp-up phase.
- Overall responsibility for FT system and data management (Test and Finish processes), STDF, test program, recipes handling, data analysis tools etc.
- Responsible for test throughput improvement, tester platform conversion. Drive and improve KPIs (OEE, NLoP, Yield, TTR and LRR) to ambitious targets.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, Final test process, Control plan and WI.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering , Electronic or Electrical.
- Experience >5 year on Product Test Engineering or related role in semiconductor sector.
- Experience in computer programming, KNIME, Denodo, Tableau, JAVA,VBA.
- Good command of English both Written, Speaking and Listening.
- Good knowledge of SPC for process control and quality improvement.
- Experience in project management.
