Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for Developing Test packages (test programs and hardware)for Productivity and Quality improvement drives
- Supports existing product yield improvement and Ramp Up development efforts
- Document and Validate test applications to ensure compliance with IC specifications and Test program Release requirements
- Ensure Timely transfer of Engineering and Production test packages for Wafer sort and Final(Packaged) Test to various Testing locations
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- B.S. Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or Solid State Physics.
- 5 years of semiconductor industry experience with test engineering, test processes, and equipment knowledge.
- Demonstrated Preferred experience with: V93K/J750 test program development and Microcontroller product with Embedded Flash testing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good technical documentation skills and able to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner.
