Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Own development, release, and lifecycle maintenance of semiconductor test packages and ATE programs, including versioning and change control
- Author detailed test specifications and create graded test packages (samples, qualification, production) with appropriate limits and coverage
- Analyze test data; troubleshoot issues with test hardware/module owners; drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions
- Reduce test time and cost by optimizing program flow, parallelism, pattern efficiency, and handler/prober utilization
- Improve yield and quality through limit/guardband optimization, wafer-sort to final-test correlation, DOE/SPC, and coverage enhancements
- Support new product introductions and custom requirements, including hardware bring-up, characterization, and qualification planning
- Produce clear documentation (reports, release notes, dashboards) and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers, test concept engineers, and pattern suppliers to align schedules/resources and deliver high-quality TPs on time
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical & Electronic Engineering; 3+ years in product/test engineering
- Familiar with process technology; correlate fab parametric tests with product yield
- Broad IC development/production knowledge (design, validation, wafer processing, test, quality, reliability, yield)
- Proficient in UNIX and MS Office; hands-on ATE skills (e.g., Advantest 93K/A93K)
- Programming skills: C++, Java, Python
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication; effective cross-functional collaborator
- Experience with automotive SoC microcontrollers; consumer application background considered
- DOE/SPC expertise; solid process/design/test integration; 1st-silicon debug; yield/test-time improvement; ramp to production
- Independent, resourceful, proactive; communicates across diverse technical backgrounds; motivated team player
- Knowledge of ML/AI for test development; strong command of English
