Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for Developing Test packages (test programs and hardware) for Productivity and Quality improvement drives
- Supports existing product yield improvement and Ramp Up development efforts.
- Document and Validate test applications to ensure compliance with IC specifications and Test program
- Release requirements Ensure Timely transfer of Engineering and Production test packages for Wafer sort and Final (Packaged) Test to various Testing locations.
- Drive test time reduction, increased site count/throughput and yield enhancement activities.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- B.S. Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or Solid State Physics.
- 0-5 years of semiconductor industry experience with test engineering, test processes, and equipment knowledge.
- Prefer experience with: Teradyne MAG-V or Advantest V93K test platforms.
- Knowledge of non-volatile memories and microcontroller products a plus.
- Good technical documentation skills and able to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner.
- Experience or coursework in coding: C++ and scripting languages (Perl, Python etc).
- Experience working with lab tools such as multi-meter, oscilloscope, logic analyzers, Power Supplies, function generators.
- Good command in English
